Coaching is a focused conversation between a client and a coach. We will help you turn your ideas, dreams, goals and desires into reality. Anything that you want to achieve, improve, give up, do more or less of, are all topics for coaching. My role as coach is to raise your awareness and motivate you to realise your potential.
During a coaching session, we will work with you to help you get clear about your situation through intense listening, open questions, support and challenging conversation, and then help you explore options for moving forward.
Typically, a coaching session lasts around 45 minutes to an hour and can be conducted over the telephone or face to face at a time to suit you. To get the most from coaching, most clients usually have between 6 to 12 sessions followed by periodic ‘top up’ sessions if required.
