Mind set: Are you a positive or negative thinker. Negative thinking is unhelpful and holds you back and stops you from having a fulfilled life. When you catch yourself thinking negatively, eliminate that thought and swap it for the positive opposite one instead.
Just do it: Thinking too much about what you want to do e.g. getting fit, can stop you from taking action. Over-analysing can be exhausting and is an open invitation for excuses to hold you back. Stop the thinking; just do it.
Core Values: Are you in tune with your values? Do you know what they are? To live in harmony with our values is the path to happiness, which keeps you vibrant and attractive.
Do something you’ve always wanted to do: What are you waiting for?
Well being: If you look after your well being you will look and feel great. Are you getting enough sleep? Is your environment and mind free of clutter? Look at all your life areas and check to see if all is well.
Change a habit: A change is as good as rest. Consider changing your hairstyle or make up routine, perhaps a different brand or colour scheme, or the colours or style of clothes that you usually wear.
Make space for ‘me’ time: to indulge and pamper yourself.
